The October 2011 jobs numbers are in and for the second consecutive month, Black unemployment numbers fell:
Total unemployment rate DROPPED from 9.1% to 9.0%
Total Black unemployment rate DROPPED from 16% to 15.1%
Black Male unemployment rate DROPPED from 16.8% to 16.2%
Black Female unemployment rate DROPPED from 13.2% to 12.6%
Black Teen unemployment rate DROPPED from 44.2% t0 37.8%
