But You Know They’re Stupid So Why Even Complain That You Watch And They’re Stupid Comments Of the Week

This part cracks me up. I see it on so many post on other blogs. Like the TV just turned itself onto MSNBC. The fact of the matter is Scarborough has a built in audience thanks to the left blogosphere. Oh I know how they rage against him and say he stinks or they say something like that it’s their duty to watch because he sets the talking point agenda. But the fact of the matter is they watch him because they like watching him.

I mean if they really wanted to know what the talking points were they wouldn’t stop at some remote outpost. They’d go straight to the source: FOX News.

A couple of hundred things to watch in the morning and the clicker stops on some right wing former Congressman. And surprise sometimes he even says bad things about a Democratic President. Which of course makes his built in audience angrier. I don’t know what stops me from posting LOL, ROFL or whatever every time I see one of these comments.

So co-sign with everything you said. If you don’t like right-wing propaganda, stop watching right-wing propaganda, even on liberal networks.

I’m am a die-hard O-bot, so when I hear fools talk garbage about PBO, I turn it off. I have read enough unvarnished buffalo chip about PBO for the last 3 years so I know what it’ll say from jump. Which is why, for the past year, I no longer even read it on websites. I do not want my blood pressure up while giving them the page hits they desire. We are going into an election year and I’m only reading pro-PBO stuff. I want websites and the media to know that anti-PBO stuff will not play well, since the man only gets 9% good press anyway as Pew research demonstrated. I refuse to buttress the ODS cottage industry any longer. It is wholly asinine, whiny and counterfactual with no solutions or help offered to the President to get his agenda passed.

The whole “disappointed” meme is a prime example of this. How has being “disappointed” in PBO helped the Democratic brand? I don’t mind criticism of the President, what I am against are people who criticize, but don’t help by lobbying, protesting–Congress, not at ports or in parks–and holding Repubs accountable on national tv when they get a mic, instead of expecting the president to be Jesus. I notice in the 60 Minutes interview PBO said “Don’t compare me to the Almighty; compare me to the alternative.”

Now, at least, high profile people like George Clooney, Carole King and Barbara Streisand (who was big PUMA and is now die-hard PBO) have said enough is enough with slamming PBO especially with a backstabbing Democratic caucus who will not have his back. And hopefully that means others (read: white whiny emo-progs) will follow suit. Love Carole King saying she’s been lobbying for stuff for 20 years and know how obstinant the Repubs are so that’s why she is not disappointed in PBO. You are not making the Dem brand better when you don’t hold Repubs accountable for their foolishness and obstructionist ways.

Seriously, print this checklist and turn on any of the pundunces today, tomorrow, 6 months from now and this is what they will be saying in so many words. Like the song goes, I’ve heard it all before.

Make no mistake, 2012 will be greatest hits time. You will hear so much about Tony Rezko, William Ayers and Jeremiah Wright that you’ll think they’re next door neighbors. And the search for Michelle Obama’s “Whitey Tape” will pick up steam. Never mind the fact the first time around this type of campaign worked as well as the rollout of New Coke, the GOP can’t help themselves. Proving that the darkie is unworthy and unfit to be the leader of real Americans is the only script they’re comfortable with, it’s like a warm Snuggie to them. 

Mistress Chameleon Arianna Huffington conspiciously has every other headline she can come up with BUT the President’s speech to the troops today touting the end of the Iraq war.

Now if it had been his order for more troops to Afghanistan or something unfavorably….well we know how anit-Obama she would have spun it

you have to give it to these undercover “former Republican” yellow journalism experts and the PLs (working for the Rethugs)…..they have stayed steadfast in their goals to undermine PBO.

I glad the last GOP of the year is behind us, and soon Christmas and New Year’s are next. Then the campaign begins in earnest. IMHO, all the B.S. and whining and all the “caving” and “Obama is weak” rhetoric from our side has got to stop once the campaign year is upon us. We ahve 11 month to get PBO re-elected, there will be no time for this continuous loop of “outrage” that seems to always happened on our side this year (from the PL and even from supposed reasonable people) I personally refuse to give ANY amunition to the right or use anything that can be used a a possible GOP talking point anymore. When the new year starts it’s time to piss or get off the pot. It’s gonna be time for ALL Democrats to get behind this POTUS and be as unified as possible even on the blogophere.

It’s over it’s done, there is NOT much that can be done to change the past votes or pledges or whatever the outrage dujour was. For me at least, after the new year, I’m done with stories that are meant to depress our voters. The fix is in and I for one refuse to be manipulated by MSM, PL, or even one issue voters, cause the only thing that should be my laser light focus is re-electing PBO, cause the alternativ
e is unthinkable.

My pledge and my mantra will be “I.REFUSE.TO.PLAY.THE.MSM&GOP.GAME!!!”.
