I just have to say that one of the *other* things I love about your posts (BESIDES the wonderful recipes, which I love) is all the people, from all over the world, who comment and give ideas and variations!! Super easy to throw together and the dough comes together really quick. I may play around with it more, but this was a bit of a miss for me. Ill give the layerd flatbread a try. For my first time, it turned out great. Im tempted to make them pull duty as sandwich slices, maybe on either side of fresh vegetables and herbed greek yogurt . I ground up a bunch of different grains and made this as you said, and it turned out fantastic!!!
