The January 2012 jobs numbers are out and with the addition of 243,000 jobs, the total unemployment rate dropped from 8.5% to 8.3%! But look at the stats for Black unemployment:
Total Black unemployment rate DROPPED from 15.8% to 13.6%
Black Male unemployment rate DROPPED from 15.7% to 12.7%
Black Female unemployment rate DROPPED from 13.9% to 12.6%
Black Teen unemployment rate DROPPED from 42.1% to 38.5%
