W.P. Miller’s sense of style, fashion and etiquette has placed him among the higher echelon of special event producers and wedding planners worldwide. His versatility and creativity enables him to organize a variety of social gatherings ranging from intimate receptions, fund-raising galas, corporate meetings and lavish weddings.

A native of Chicago, W.P. is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Marketing and International Business. Prior to his career in the Special Events industry, for twenty years, W.P. worked in a variety of management, marketing and customer service positions with United Airlines where several successful consumer initiatives were under his direction.

Deciding to pursue his passion for design, home entertainment, and orchestrating excellent guest experiences, W.P. founded his entertainment production company, “W. P. Miller Special Events” in 1999. The company has grown to become a highly sought-after “one-stop-shop,” handling all aspects of event production earning the trust of well-known celebrities, politicians and respected corporate leaders.

Because of his creativity with Event Design and Décor, William regularly appears on The Style Network hit television shows Whose Wedding Is It Anyway? and Married Away. William’s events have been featured in People Magazine, Ebony Magazine, Jet, Instyle Weddings, Brides World and The Knot.

He is a highly sought after speaker and travels worldwide to share his event planning expertise. William has worked with many celebrities including Academy Award Winning actors Mira Sorvino and Lou Gossett Jr. as well as celebrities Jenifer Lewis, Patti LaBelle, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Nancy Wilson, George Wallace, Niecy Nash, Robi Reed and others.

Miller is currently putting the finishing touches on an upcoming publication sharing his secrets of Home Entertainment and International Event Planning.
