Full Sit – ups – 1 minute – GO!
Back to Jumping Jacks – 1 minute – GO!
Back to Full Sit-ups – 1 minute – GO!
Back to Jog in place (or knee lifts) – 1 minute – GO!
Back to push-ups – 1 minute – GO!
PLANK – 1 minute – GO!
STRETCH – 1 minute – GO!
